Compensation : 40,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Manage the data entry for listings
- Conduct notes and measurements for new properties
- Take photos based on the property's price point
- Create flyers, brochures, and marketing materials for individual listings and Kepple Group promotions
- Oversee marketing material orders
- Administer Kepple Group social media platforms
- Update and maintain the Kepple Group website
- Maintain and manage the client contact database
- Monitor and engage with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts
- Gather showing feedback and create online performance reports for clients
- Coordinate open house schedules for listings
- Prepare materials for listing agents
- Maintain an operational manual outlining all systems and standards
- Manage systems for sellers, lead generation, database management, and back-office support
- Enhance systems for the Listing Process
- Improve systems for marketing listings
- Ensure adherence to standards and regulations
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
- Generate reports for agents and clients
- Request and manage client reviews
- Assist in planning client events
- Organize team meeting agendas
- Order signs as necessary
- Ensure all materials align with company compliance policies
