Responsibilities
- Gather listing materials and research
- Secure signatures and ensure compliance
- Communicate with clients, agents, and team members
- Schedule sign and lockbox installations
- Post listings on MLS and social media
- Create marketing materials (brochures, postcards, newsletters)
- Manage CRM, track activities, and confirm showings
- Collect feedback and maintain follow-ups
- Oversee social media content and engagement
- Handle calls, leads, and inquiries
- Assist with events and notify agents of interest
- Maintain compliance and quality checks
- Provide top-tier client service and updates
- Support team lead with scheduling and correspondence
- Manage office supplies, software, and mailings
- Participate in coaching, training, and consulting
Qualifications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication
- 3 years of administrative or client care experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail, Google, and Dropbox
- Tech-savvy with social media expertise
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Logical problem-solving with a proactive mindset
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks effectively
