Duties
- Develop and execute fundraising campaigns that align with organizational goals.
- Utilize software for tracking donations and managing donor relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential funding sources and grant opportunities.
- Write compelling grant proposals to secure funding from various sources.
- Maintain and manage databases of donors, prospects, and fundraising activities.
- Collaborate with team members to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our mission and impact.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships.
- Monitor fundraising progress and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness for stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with fundraising databases is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in grant writing and knowledge of grant application processes.
- Experience in market research related to fundraising initiatives.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
