We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who is skilled in communicating with patients and parents, pediatric dental care, chairside assisting, imaging, and sterilization. Below are some of the experience and skills that are important to us:
- 3 years experience as an Assistant in pediatric recare and restorative
- Passion about working with young patients (this is a must!)
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills, which include listening as much as contributing
- Quick learner and observant
- Dentrix software knowledge
- Digital X Rays
- OSHA, CPR training, and vaccinations up to date
- Knowledge and experience to sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
This is a full-time position; with set hours Monday-Friday (to be discussed during initial point of contact). Your experience and skill level will determine your starting wage. We will compensate well for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and ensuring a sterile environment.
- Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Take and process dental X-rays while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Document patient information accurately in Dentrix and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
