We are currently seeking skilled 2 nd shift Surface Grinders . In this role, you will be responsible for the effective set up and operation of Rotary and Blanchard Surface Grinding Machines , ensuring high-quality output in every aspect.
Your core responsibilities will include :
- Efficiently setting up, adjusting, and operating surface grinders to achieve specific finishes on flat surfaces with multi-dimensional aspects.
- Utilizing blocking, aligning, and securing methods for irregularly shaped work pieces, applying magnetic chuck or sine plate where necessary.
- Dressing and changing wheels to meet diverse finish requirements, including radii and angles.
- Collaborating on process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
