Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to lead our vibrant youth ministry. This position begins as a volunteer role, with a strong potential for paid compensation in the near future as the ministry expands. The Youth Pastor will work alongside a diverse team of volunteers, ensuring shared responsibilities and support in carrying out the ministry’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee weekly youth services, Bible studies, and outreach events.( Mainly inside the church )
- Mentor and disciple youth, fostering their spiritual and personal growth.
- Develop engaging teaching materials that are relevant to today’s youth.
- Recruit, train, and collaborate with a team of diverse and passionate volunteers.
- Work closely with church leadership to develop and expand the youth ministry.( we give you a team)
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with The Kingdom Church’s mission and vision.
- A passion for working with youth and a desire to connect with individuals from diverse racial, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Previous experience in youth ministry is a plus but not required.

This role begins as a volunteer position, with strong potential for paid compensation in the near future as funding and ministry growth allow.
