Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record in lead generation and account management, especially in the home remodeling or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct on-site visits and consultations with potential clients to assess their home remodeling needs.
- Develop and present detailed proposals, including project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the remodeling process.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report regularly on sales performance and forecasts.
- Attend industry events and stay current on market trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the home remodeling, construction, or real estate industries.
- Strong lead generation skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, leading to long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience closing sales.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Buildertrend a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the home remodeling or construction industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of design trends and remodeling best practices.
The pay information provides a range, since this is a small base pay plus commission based position.
