As our transaction volume, complexity, and strategic objectives grow, we are seeking an exceptional, driven, high-performance Accountant-Payroll Specialist to partner with our CFO and the accounting team in our mission to achieve unparalleled success.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for property management operations, including AP / AR, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Process payrolls for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records, including timekeeping, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure proper onboarding of new employees into payroll systems.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for individual properties and corporate entities.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts, including benefits, taxes, and retirement contributions, with the general ledger.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for the real estate portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including NOI, budgets, and cash flow projections.
  • Manage property-related tax filings, audits, and compliance with state and local regulations.
  • Utilize property management and payroll software (e.g., Yardi, ADP, or similar systems) to ensure seamless financial and payroll tracking and reporting.
  • Job Costing multiple development projects using Quickbooks Enterprise Contractor Edition.
  • Project Coordination :

  • Cross-functional collaboration :  Works with various departments and teams to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
  • Data Management and Analysis :

  • Report Generation : Collects, analyzes, and presents data to support CFO decision-making.
