Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for property management operations, including AP / AR, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations.Process payrolls for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments in compliance with federal and state regulations.Maintain payroll records, including timekeeping, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings.Collaborate with HR to ensure proper onboarding of new employees into payroll systems.Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for individual properties and corporate entities.Reconcile payroll accounts, including benefits, taxes, and retirement contributions, with the general ledger.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for the real estate portfolio.Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including NOI, budgets, and cash flow projections.Manage property-related tax filings, audits, and compliance with state and local regulations.Utilize property management and payroll software (e.g., Yardi, ADP, or similar systems) to ensure seamless financial and payroll tracking and reporting.Job Costing multiple development projects using Quickbooks Enterprise Contractor Edition.Project Coordination :
