About the Position
The OCC Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading a team of handlers and lead handlers to achieve operational excellence in the OCC warehouse. This includes managing inventory, tracking OCC BOL scale weights, entering carrier assets into SMS, and monitoring quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage OCC warehouse inventory through release numbers
* Track OCC BOL scale weights to monitor scale accuracy
* Enter carrier assets into SMS as directed by the Director of Transportation and Logistics
* Coordinate with procurement to monitor quality of incoming fiber
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3-5 years of containerboard or recycled containerboard manufacturing/operations/engineering experience or 2-3 years of front-line supervisory leadership
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
