Description
SUMMARY: The primary function of this position is to dress loads to be strapped and to run the multi-head strapping machine to strap the finished units that are to be shipped.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, prepare for shift operations including status update on work left over from previous shift

Complete safety check of equipment
-
Set up area, locate and store lug and cap material.
-
Cap units of material, place load tags and verify strapping instructions in the computer or layouts. Strap each unit as required by instructions.

During shift and at end of shift, clean and/or secure all equipment and machinery, and complete all required paperwork.

Perform other work as required, inspect and maintain quality of product Using a hand truck to organize work area and/or move materials

Meet all company safety policies, and report any concerns related to required maintenance of machines Meet all quality and efficiency standards

Special project and assignments as business dictates

Responsible for the maintenance, creation and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPPA.
