- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives and drive business outcomes
- Lead the deployment of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, coaching teams to establish high-performing maintenance operations
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics, developing targeted improvement plans for underperforming areas
- Align operational initiatives with business priorities, ensuring strategic investments support long-term growth and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in maintenance and reliability roles with high-speed manufacturing expertise
- Expertise in TPM implementation, coaching, and sustainability across multiple sites
- Strong working knowledge of management systems, with a focus on standardizing processes and driving efficiency
- Experience leading in matrixed organizations, with demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Comprehensive understanding of MRO, spare parts optimization, and cash flow management
