As the POD Maintenance Lead, you will play a key role in implementing, governing, and measuring best-in-class maintenance practices across a cluster of factories within the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) framework. You will be responsible for maintenance & KHMS strategies at five US based manufacturing sites that align to the Taste, Meals and Snacks POD.Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and own maintenance strategy, driving consistency and best practices across sites.
- Lead TPM deployment, coaching teams to establish high-performing, self-sustaining, autonomous maintenance teams.
- Monitor and optimize performance, tracking critical KPIs and developing targeted improvement plans.
- Align maintenance initiatives with business goals, prioritizing high-impact improvements.
- Assess and enhance maintenance and utilities skillsets across sites, building technical depth and leadership capabilities.
- Own and manage the five-year Maintenance CAPEX plan, ensuring investments align with strategic goals.
- Build a culture of efficient execution, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
