What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst - Procurement Finance position at The Kraft Heinz Company?
This position will play a critical role in providing accounting support for the company's procurement activities, including understanding their impacts on the financial results. This role liaises across multiple functions and coordinates the flow of information between multiple levels of management. This position will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance and Accounting to ensure procurement transactions are accurately planned, approved and reported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly closing routines and reporting for supply chain and account reconciliations.
- Assist in roll-up of monthly performance forecast and perform financial trend and variance analysis reporting.
- Assist in roll-up of monthly working capital forecast and variance analysis reporting.
- Preparation financial reports for Supply Chain.
- Assist in annual budgeting process.
- Assist in driving initiatives to bring process improvement opportunities & cost savings for the company operations.
- Assist in affiliate transfer pricing & margin analysis.
- Assist in costing of NPDs.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
About you:
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline, complimented by at least 2 years' relevant work experience
- Management Accounting Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint proficiency
- SAP, BPCS experience preferred but not essential
- Analytical skills to simplify and present complex data
- Effective communication skills across all disciplines and levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and perseverance to work through issues to resolution
- Willingness to liaise and work at operational level, and manage upwards at a more senior level
