What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Analyst position at The Kroenke Group?
The Kroenke Group is a Columbia, Missouri, based leading national, privately held real estate developer, investor and property manager. We develop and manage large retail power centers across the country.
Purpose of Position
Analyze commercial real estate portfolio to complete loan procurements, renewals, closings, and compliance in an efficient and effective manner.
Overall Responsibilities
- Analyze property financials (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, rent roll, etc.).
- Review and compare existing financing to new loan quotes.
- Draft deal summaries to submit for approval.
- Coordinate third party deliverables (appraisal, title insurance, ALTA survey, property condition & environmental report, etc.)
- Review lease and loan documentation.
- Assist in addressing miscellaneous finance-related issues that arise during the day-to-day operation of the company.
Requisite Skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study preferred.
- Prior office experience preferred.
