Responsible for implementation and administration of Kroger Health strategic programs. Collaborate with program managers on recommendations to improve program performance and future growths strategies. Position Kroger Health as the partner of choice for nutrition and wellness programs in community healthcare. Demonstrate the company's leadership behaviors and core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Maintain the contract/SOW management process, new business requests, status and reporting of the same- Verify and monitor B2B and FAM contracting ensuring appropriate NDAs are in place when sharing any information, creating/redlining contracts and/or SOW's
- Implement strategic program growth decisions, consulting with leaders and working cross functionally with KTD, Strategic Acct Mgr. and sales teams
- Work with Operations to implement strategic programs based on agreed upon services and products
- Manage B2B and FAM client relationships including: client meetings, invoicing, addressing opportunities (escalating as appropriate)
- Create quarterly business review for program clients
- Facilitate reporting needs for B2B and FAM programs and clients working with other teams including 84.51, Acct, Finance, Kroger Ship and KTD
- Facilitate SLA reporting and payments with internal/external teams/clients, work Acct, KHC and Kroger Ship
- Communicate with key HW Leaders on program performance, successes and improvement areas
- Make recommendations on strategic program growth working KTD, Strategic Acct Mgr. and Sales teams
- Help in execution of process improvement initiatives on strategic programs
- Facilitate B2B and FAM contracting including ensuring appropriate NDAs are in place when sharing any info, creating/redlining contracts and/or SOW's
- Track contract/SOW and new business requests, status and reporting of the same
- Participate in special projects as assigned including: working with consultants on specifically defined engagements, etc.
- Work with Finance to ensure revenue is captured and invoices are paid by client as appropriate
- Set KPI's, monitor progress toward goals/ outcomes to ensure program compliance/ profitability
- Travel regionally to meet with groups to review performance of services and to support business needs

Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 year project management experience
- 2 years of experience in data analytics
- 2 years of experience in a program or account management role for healthcare or retailer
- Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong familiarity with nutrition and/or healthcare industry
- Ability to manifest and maintain strong working relationships
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Effectively able to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities

- Master's Degree business, finance, or nutrition
