What You’ll Do
- Be the Nighttime Welcome: Handle late-night check-ins and early check-outs with friendly, efficient service.
- Handle the Details: Process payments, balance accounts, and generate reports to keep our records on point.
- Keep Things Safe: Conduct property checks to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Be the Go-To: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve overnight issues with professionalism and care.
- Set Up for Success: Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, prepare arrival guests registration packets, preparing coffee and turning on the ovens for the breakfast crew, and coordinate with the morning crew to keep operations seamless. Public area cleaning duties will include items such as vacuuming and mopping the lobby and fitness area, sanitizing fitness equipment and counters, glass cleaning and folding laundry.
