Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic attorney with a passion for the law and a willingness to learn and grow within the field of construction law. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to various aspects of a construction and development law practice, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

•   Collaborate with experienced attorneys to handle construction-related legal matters.
•   Provide legal counsel on contracts, permits, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
•   Drafting and reviewing construction contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
•   Participate in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
•   Conduct legal research to stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
•   Participate in depositions

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar or eligibility for admission.
• Eagerness to learn and develop experience in construction law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
