Job Summary:
Manages the compensation and benefits activities for the organization, to include payroll and employee recognition.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the exempt and non exempt compensation programs
- Through use of the digital compensation tool
- Completes all new and job description updates
- Completes all new and job evaluation updates
- Determines and maintains salary ranges for all positions
- Manages the annual merit budget program
- Manages all incentive programs
- Manages the Payroll Department
- Manages the employee recognition activities to include management of the digital employee recognition tool.
- Manages all benefits programs. Primary contact with TPA and vendors. Manages the benefits open enrollment process.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of current market compensation programs and trends
- Knowledge of current market incentive programs and trends
- Knowledge of current market benefits programs and trends
- Experience and knowledge creating and revising job descriptions
- Experience and knowledge evaluating jobs and creating market based salary ranges
- Knowledge of current market payroll systems and trends
- Knowledge of current market employee recognition programs
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing employees
- Ability to and experience working cross functionally in a matrixed organization
- Knowledge of current market HRIS
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Excellent communication skills including presentations to large audiences
Education Requirements:
Minimum 4 year/Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience - preference in a Manufacturing environment
