The Lactation Network (TLN) is hiring a Senior Account Manager for Southern California and the Southwest (Arizona, New Mexico & Nevada). TLN’s Account Managers support existing and incoming IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) partners in their respective regions. This is a field-based position, and you must reside in Southern California to succeed in this role. Candidates in Southwest states (Arizona, New Mexico & Nevada) will also be considered.

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Senior Director of Account Management, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with IBCLC partners in your assigned territory. You’ll ensure our IBCLC partners have the tools to support their businesses at whatever stage they’re at in their journey as practice owners. You’ll also partner with our LCC (Lactation Care Consultant), who handles day-to-day support of incoming IBCLC requests across the network, to manage escalations from partners in your region. Your work will directly contribute to activation and retention goals while supporting practice owners in confidently partnering and growing with TLN.
Relationship Management (40%).
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
