Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Hours
Monday-Friday 11am-7pm
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- No outbound (cold calling).
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to assist customers appropriately.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, preferably in a call center environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
