What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Coordinator position at The Lakeside Church?
Essential Administrative Responsibilities
- This is a campus resourcing position.
- Manage and assist in connecting care needs to related teams
- Providing care mentoring and training team members
- Facilitate Monthly meetings with the ministry team coaches and coordinators. Quarterly meetings with the whole team.
- Provide department/campus month-end measurable ministry needs
- Manage the *PCO workflows from connection cards, walk-ins, emails, phone calls, etc. Manage and document all PCO care workflows. Utilize reporting from these systems.
- Oversee all communication for care to group coaches.
- Assist in coordinating visitations and prayer calls of owners.
- Oversee all Celebration of Life experiences
- Oversee welcoming new babies
- Admin for Weddings and premarital counseling
- Oversee the Prayer Force Intercessory and Experiences Prayer Team
- Project Lead for 21 Days of Prayer
- Admin support for care counseling training to assist with difficult care needs.
- PCO = Planning Center Online
Experience and Skills Required
- A minimum of two (2) years of administrative and customer service skills developed.
- A minimum of one (2) year of experience in MS Office
- High energy and enthusiasm for the Lakeside Vision.
- Understanding of the pastoral ministry of caring.
- Operates as a team player.
