THE LANBY OVERVIEW
The Lanby is a wellness-forward concierge medicine practice for patients who value a holistic, proactive approach to care. We take an expansive approach to primary care - one that's integrative, personalized, and above all, patient-centric.
Members are assigned a dedicated care team involving a Lead Physician (MD), Wellness Advisor (RD), Advanced Practitioner (PA / NP) and Member Advocate, who work collaboratively to support all pillars of the patient journey : medicine, wellness, and coordination.
The annual membership includes an 80-min baseline assessment, quarterly check-ins, acute care, compensive labwork, a personalized care plan, chat messaging, curated specialist referrals, quarterly check-ins, and more.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Wellness Advisors are central to The Lanby’s promise of a truly comprehensive approach to health. This role is ideal for a passionate and motivated Registered Dietitian eager to bridge the gap between wellness and medicine. Beyond nutrition, this role encompasses a wide range of wellness modalities, including mental health, sleep, movement, and wearable tracking. Through The Lanby, Wellness Advisors have the unique opportunity to participate in visits alongside Physicians and Advanced Practitioners and collaborate in building integrative care plans for our members to achieve their best health.
YOU WILL
- Manage a shared patient panel with the Physician and Advanced Practitioner, including joint visits and one-on-one appointments, both in-person and virtual.
- Using information gathered from lab results, medical and family history, and lifestyle intake, collaborate with the Physician to develop individualized care plans that include recommendations for nutrition, mental health, exercise, supplements, sleep, and more.
- Monitor and follow up with patients as needed via chat to track progress and instill accountability.
- Support patients seeking relief of acute symptoms, management of a chronic or autoimmune condition, or optimization for longevity.
- Contribute to the evolution of The Lanby’s care model, helping refine protocols, workflows, and offerings.
- Participate in building members-only guides and content for The Lanby’s social media and blog.
- Participate in panel events and wellness programming to grow our reputation as industry thought leaders, enhancing brand awareness and delivering added value to our members.
