What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Foreman position at The Land Crew?
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Foreman, you will be responsible for managing a crew of laborers on a LAWN CUTTING crew. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Duties
- Manage and Train landscape laborers under you.
- Work closely with field supervisor to ensure quality standards are met
- Safely operates landscape equipment such as commercial mowers, weed-eaters, blowers, DRIVING A TRUCK WITH TRAILER, skid steers, as well as any other equipment necessary to perform daily tasks.
- Snow and Ice removal during winter
- Ensure jobs are completed within specified timelines
Job Requirements:
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive a box truck
- FOUR YEARS MINIMUM practical experience with a solid work history
- Ability to work in a variety of climate conditions, including snow during the snow season.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Bristol, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
