What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at The Landing?
Looking for an exciting opportunity to serve and/or bartend both in a traditional dining setting & at exciting events? We are looking to add to its enthusiastic staff to provide excellent guest experiences. The server/bartender we are in search of will be able to serve tables both in a traditional dining setting, patio, or events, while exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly wages tips paid out nightly. We are entering the season for busy nights, large group parties & events, so it's the right time to join the team before we enter into summer!

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- If taking on bartender shifts -
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a server or bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills!
- Ability to keep your working space organized, stocked, and clean
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
