We're looking for an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at The Lane Construction Corporation.
As one of America's leading construction companies, we specialize in large, complex civil infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Mechanical Supervisor and/or Equipment Manager in various aspects of equipment maintenance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to prevent downtime and improve productivity.
• Monitoring equipment performance and maintaining accurate records.
• Scheduling and tracking preventative maintenance, inspections, and licensure of equipment.
• Evaluating predictive maintenance indicators, such as oil sample reports and thermal history.
• Reporting on equipment utilization and fuel consumption.
• Maintaining equipment inventory records and collaborating with vendors.
• Assisting in documentation and analysis of machine repairs and historical records.
Qualifications:
• B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• Prior experience in plant, fleet, and/or heavy equipment repairs and management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
