Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline desired. At least eight years of experience in the construction/civil engineering field, with emphasis on municipal infrastructure projects

Job Description:
- Assists Project Engineers with advertising, bidding, and construction administration
- Assists with the review of shop drawings
- Interpret plans and specifications and assist in resolution of disputes and/or conflicts
- Assists with the preparation of change order and field orders
- Attends project related and monthly progress meetings.
- Maintains daily line of communication with contractors, clients, and Project Engineers.
- Performs work with professional standards and ethics
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage and supervise multiple construction inspectors
- Assists Project Engineers with QA/QC and constructability reviews of preliminary project plans.
- Assists with Construction Inspection as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Knowledge of and familiarity with Municipal Infrastructure Construction Projects and Funding Agency Guidelines, Computer Skills (Excel, Word) and Recordkeeping abilities. Supervision, Quality Management, Project Cost Controls, Attention to Detail, Quality Focus
