Responsibilities
- Handle policy renewals to ensure clients maintain adequate coverage.
- Provide quotes for new business and help clients choose the best options for their needs.
- Assist clients with claims, offering guidance and support throughout the process.
- Perform general insurance services, addressing client inquiries and policy updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
Requirements
- Active insurance license (required).
- 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance (preferred but flexible based on qualifications).
- Strong integrity, honesty, and a pleasant personality.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a small office setting.
