FLSA Exemption : Exempt / Salaried

Reports to : President of Destination Homes

Primary Duties :

Develop and ensure implementation of strategic sales plan for both online and in-community experience
Develop and ensure implementation of a strategic marketing plan for the company to ensure adequate lead generation including all marketing campaigns, digital marketing, advertising, promotions and Realtor networking
Hire, train and mentor in all positions in the sales and marketing departments
Participate in the annual business planning process, including sales projections
Review, negotiate, understand, and approve all real estate purchase contracts
Create incentive programs and pricing strategies for each community
Prepare sales and marketing budgets and monitor against actual performance
Monitor, analyze and regularly report on market trends and competitor products, pricing, incentives and promotions, and provide recommendations
Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics; regularly report and provide recommendations
Collaborate with all other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business strategies
Monitor and track industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in sales and marketing
Support and promote Destination Homes’ mission statement, vision, and core values
All other duties as assigned

Experience & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or an industry-relevant field, or equivalent experience

Maintain an active real estate broker’s license in the state of Utah.

10 years’ experience in sales & marketing within the homebuilding industry

Interpersonal skills with an executive presence

Leadership skills that are positive, high energy and results-oriented

Analytical skills

Physical Requirements :

This position requires frequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs in / around construction site, apartment homes, models, and properties

This position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions (to include but limited to, rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet), around hazardous chemicals, dust, dirt, and other particulates

Must have the ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 60 lbs. independently

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting
