The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Used Truck Buyer and Wholesaler to join our dynamic team. The potential candidate is responsible for sourcing and buying profitable equipment for retail operations and sell to wholesale customers.

Responsibilities:
- Builds a prospect and customer base with buyers and sellers of used trucks.
- Tele-market, email, social media, and travel to support purchasing and sales function.
- Wholesale Trucks that may be deemed undesirable retail pieces for market price.
- Assist in asset evaluation and acquisition/disposal.
- Assist in appraisal process.
- Inspect Trucks and/or initiate inspection process
- Evaluate inspections
- Comply with internal controls and follow the purchasing process.
- Complete accurate truck specification and pricing in SOD
- Sales strategy and logistics cooperation with VP and Director of Used Trucks.
- Attend and participate in industry networking and market events.
- Help maintain proper inventory levels.
- Generate Gross profit leading to increased net income across TLG Used Truck Dept.
Qualifications:
- Should possess a High School diploma.
- College degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a related field is required.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
