REPORTS TO: Vice President of Real Estate
SUMMARY:
To properly repair and maintain the physical asset and provide general support for team workers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Possess a general knowledge and proficiency in the categories listed below in the Attachment ‘A’.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is required to carry and be able to climb a ladder. The employee is occasionally required to sit and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Pressure wash exterior areas of all real estate, directed by Chief Engineer
- Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments
- Maintain for the proper use, cleaning, maintenance and storage of all tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas
- Handle chemicals according to department requirements
- Ensure security of any assigned keys and company issued equipment
- Maintain knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and procedures
- Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving and review status of assignments and any follow-up with Chief Engineer
- Assist with any special projects assigned
- Other duties assigned

Mechanical
Air conditioning repair
- Minor air conditioning repairs not required
Plumbing
- Minor plumbing repairs as directed by Chief Engineer
Painting
- Interior and exterior painting as directed by Chief Engineer
General Maintenance
- Minor general property maintenance as directed by Chief Engineer
Electrical
- Replace light bulbs
- Be familiar with emergency generator operation
Misc. Skills
- Erect fencing, tents, makeshift provisions as necessary
