As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you will play a crucial role in managing and processing financial transactions for our client. Your expertise will help ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling accounts payable functions, while working within a supportive and professional environment.
Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities :
Process and verify invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to address any issues
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements :
2 years of experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the medical or healthcare field is a plus, but not required
