You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and financial recordkeeping. Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities :
- Process invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Manage and track accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records
- Assist in preparing reports related to accounts payable activities
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances
- Perform month-end closing tasks related to accounts payable
- Assist with general ledger entries and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support
