Bilingual Japanese Accounting Assistant Responsibilities :
- Handle accounts payable and receivable to ensure smooth financial operations
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for company activities
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions efficiently
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries to ensure accuracy
- Support the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing processes
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues in both English and Japanese
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis as required
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed to support the department
