Credit and Collections Specialist Responsibilities :
Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients, utilizing your analytical skills to make informed decisions, and set appropriate credit limits.
Implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances, maintaining a balance between customer retention and fiscal responsibility.
Cultivate positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and providing clear communication regarding billing and payment matters.
Identify potential credit risks and proactively work to mitigate them, utilizing your expertise to minimize bad debt exposure.
Generate regular reports on credit and collection activities, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
Credit and Collections Specialist Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
2 years of experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in Manufacturing
Strong verbal and written skills
