Our client is seeking enthusiastic Implementation Managers who are passionate about helping customers succeed. In this role, you will support clients in learning and maximizing the value of their Applicant Tracking System (ATS), following a structured process that requires minimal customization in a temp-to-hire capacity.
Implementation Manager Responsibilities :
- Conduct training sessions to familiarize customers with the software and its features
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely support and assistance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the onboarding process
- Assist in preparing and presenting demos and training materials for new clients
- Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and training sessions
- Contribute to team meetings and share insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Uphold a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the implementation team
