Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of critical IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for driving initiatives such as network upgrades, cloud migrations, data center projects, and infrastructure modernization.
Infrastructure Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets
- Oversee the execution of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Proactively address project challenges to minimize disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, vendors, and third-party consultants
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
- Provide technical guidance for infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network installations
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and security protocols
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
