We're on the hunt for a Recruiting Assistant to support their Talent Acquisition team and help bring top talent into the organization. Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities :
- Coordinate interviews, meetings and travel arrangements for candidates and interview panels
- Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates and feedback
- Collaborate with recruiters to create and post job descriptions on job boards and the company website
- Assist with resume screening and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry and supporting the onboarding process
