LaSalle Network is working with a boutique B2B marketing agency specializing in delivering innovative advertising and digital marketing solutions for their clients. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team and help them provide top-tier service and value to their clients.

The Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising and digital marketing campaigns. This Senior Account Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring clients' needs and objectives are met with excellence. The ideal Senior Account Manager will have a strong background in project management, a passion for relationship-building, and expertise in B2B marketing.

Senior Account Manager Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing proactive solutions. Act as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and digital programs that align with client goals. Provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends and data-driven insights
  • Lead the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Oversee the development of marketing materials, content, and digital assets while managing timelines and resources effectively
  • Work closely with creative, digital, and media teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, including analysis, insights, and recommendations for optimization. Use data to demonstrate ROI and ensure continued client satisfaction
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers and project teams. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment

Senior Account Manager Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in account management, specifically within an agency setting, with a focus on B2B marketing
  • Proven experience in project management, from concept to execution, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong expertise in advertising, digital marketing, and strategy, with a solid understanding of various digital channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve client performance
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A passion for creative problem-solving and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • This position is located in the North West suburbs of Chicago and will require 3 days per week onsite, with the remainder of the week offering flexibility for remote work.
