Medical Workers' Compensation Manager Responsibilities
- Manage denials and appeals for workers' compensation claims
- Gathering all clinical documentation and ensuring timely resolutions of all claims
- Work closely with patients, claims adjusters, providers, judges, and other stakeholders to resolve cases.
- Provide support to legal teams, including preparing testimony and assisting with case documentation.
Medical Workers' Compensation Manager Requirements
- Prior experience in healthcare or workers' compensation claims management is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CDW and DocuPhase systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
