What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundromat Guest Service Associate position at The Laundry Room?
- Keep the store clean by wiping down machines and cleaning dryer lint traps
- Sort the laundry items according to material and color
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry items
- Bag the laundry items for pickup
- Update the laundry logs on a daily basis
- Maintain inventory levels which include detergent, bags, and other retail items
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
- Provide other various Laundry services if required
