About the Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse, you will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services and health education to nursing home guests. This includes supervising the care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs and other team members who care for guests, assessing the health of guests and notifying the physician of changes in status, developing a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care, and contributing to guest assessments (MDS/CAA's).
