We are dedicated to achieving the highest standards of care in our long-term care setting. Our LPNs assess the health of our guests, notify physicians of changes in status, and select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize or prevent complications. You will also contribute to guest assessments and develop plans of care.
