Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members
* Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions
* Assess resident health and notify physicians of changes in status
* Develop plans of care based on assessments and implement nursing care
* Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents' conditions
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in long-term care preferred
* Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state
* CPR certification or acceptable exemption required
