About the Role
This position requires a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with at least one year of experience in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with the medical staff to develop and implement individualized plans of care that meet the unique needs of each guest.
Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in stabilizing a guest's condition and preventing complications. You will also contribute to the assessment and development of a plan of care for each guest, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
