New position created for retention and education. Are you a Regsitered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about teaching others? The Staff Development Coordinator acts as the educator for The Laurels of Defiance, conducts orientation and has the opportunity to provide other in-service educational programs for the nursing staff. The Infection prevention nurse is responsible for designing systems and approving actions to prevent or control infections, based on surveillance reports of infections and infection potential among residents and staff.
