Job Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse plays a vital role in planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care services and health education to our residents.
- Supervise the care services provided by LPNs, CNAs, STNAs, and other team members
- Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care interventions
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident's condition or prevent complications
- Contribute to resident assessments (MDSCAA's) and the development of a plan of care
Requirements
We are seeking experienced nursing professionals with:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care setting (preferred)
