Job Summary
The Nurse Care Coordinator Director will oversee the coordination and management of nursing care and health education for skilled nursing staff at The Laurels of Forest Glenn. This individual will work closely with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our residents.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and evaluating systems that facilitate the delivery of quality guest care and performance of staff.
- Using a systematic approach in the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care.
- Contributes to the guest assessments (MDSCAA's) and the development and implementation of a plan of care.
- Evaluates guests' responses to nursing interventions.
