Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a compassionate and patient nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Fulton. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our valued guests.
About the Role:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care services and health education for nursing home guests.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other team members who provide care for guests.
- Assess guest health and notify physicians of changes in status.
- Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions or prevent complications.
- Contribute to guest assessments and plan of care development.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings preferred.
