Lead Nursing Team and Shape a Legacy
The RN Unit Manager plays a vital role in leading and teaching skilled nursing staff, ensuring exceptional care for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
- Review and implement all nursing procedures and systems.
- Assess and evaluate systems that facilitate quality guest care and staff performance.
- Use a systematic approach to provide individualized nursing care.
- Contribute to guest assessments and develop plans of care.
Requirements:
- Current CPR certification is required, with additional specialty certifications desired.
- Management or supervisory experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.
