Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services, including supervising LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
- Assess the health of guests and notify physicians of changes in status, promptly implementing new orders.
- Develop and implement plans of care based on assessment, selecting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize guest conditions.
